Roll a Mile is proud to announce the Accessibility ‘Roll Model’ Awards to recognize, acknowledge and reward outstanding achievements in accessibility, accommodation, and awareness and put forth a call for nominations of businesses and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding achievements in these areas.
The Accessibility ‘Roll Model’ Awards celebrate and honour the leaders who strengthen our communities through the social, political, and economic benefits and opportunities afforded by accessibility, inclusion and diversity.
If you are aware of an individual or business that has improved accessibility or awareness in areas such as Customer Service, Information and Communication, Employment Equity, Built Environment and Transportation, we welcome you to nominate them for an Accessibility ‘Roll Model’ Award.
Any business holding a valid Ontario business license, or individual residing in Ontario, is eligible to be nominated. Nominations will close at 4:30 p.m. on June 15.
All nominators will be entered into a draw for a Dinner for Two redeemable at Harvey’s, Swiss Chalet, Milestones, Kelsey’s or Montana’s. Draw will be held on June 15.
Winners of the Accessibility ‘Roll Model’ Awards will be announced August 15.
